At the Chickasha Emergency Food Pantry!
The Emergency Food Pantry needs volunteers. Each volunteer works at the Pantry for three hours . Clients come with a voucher from DHS or a participating church and a volunteer fills their order. Our friendly volunteers meet the clients with a smile and assurance that they will be taken care of. Volunteers dispense groceries to clients based upon the number of persons in the home. Other volunteers order food, stock shelves, and maintain a record of referrals. Most volunteers work approximately one day/month, Monday-Thursday, from 1 – 4 p.m.
